Shifting perceptions to improve health & community

Some agencies are adept at changing consumer preferences. At AB&C, we are also experts at changing human behavior, employing the five-step Transtheoretical “Stages of Change” model developed at the University of Rhode Island. The process leads people from being completely unaware of their problem behavior to choosing positive behavior and maintaining it, long-term. To date, AB&C has worked successfully with 82 clients on social and behavior change campaigns involving everything from public health and disease prevention to smoking, gambling, drug addiction and unsafe driving to fiscal accountability and more.
